6 Home Made Facemasks for A Flawless Skin

A good face mask is also a cure. Just as it helps you relieve stress after a day's hustle, it is also excellent at zapping blemishes, parching parches, and minimizing pores.

It isn't necessary to spend a fortune on facemasks. Look closer to your home, kitchen, or even in the vegetable garden. There is something natural that can serve you better. Let's take a walk.

Honey, Coconut Oil, Avocado, and Lavender Mask

Coconut oil and avocado contain essential fatty acids. Lavender is so soothing to your skin. Honey gives the skin the necessary antioxidants. Use this mask to calm your skin. This mask also will help you to moisturize your face

In a big bowl, mix all the four ingredients to form a runny paste. Use a face mask brush to paint it on. Let it stay for thirty minutes, then wash it off.

Avocado, Honey, and Oat Bran

Your skin needs honey to help it retain moisture. Oats also have moisturizing properties. They also have healing properties. When you mix honey oats and avocado, avocado removes your skin's roughness, leaving your face smooth and radiant. In case you do not have avocado, add milk, which will help to exfoliate your skin.

Apply the mixture on your face and rinse it off after forty-five minutes.

Plain Yogurt, Honey, and Turmeric

This mask is for uneven skin texture. Yogurt contains lactic acid. Lactic acid lifts away the lackluster surface cells to unleash the new brighter face. Turmeric is useful in combating pigmentation. Mix this mixture and ensure that your yogurt is plain or natural. Do not use the sweetened yogurt

Cacao Powder Papaya and Aloe VeraGel

Using quarter papaya, mix a squeeze of aloe Vera and cacao powder to form a thick paste. Apply the mixture and leave it for ten minutes on your skin. It might itch because of aloe Vera.

Aloe Verasoothes, hydrate, and boosts the radiance of your skin. Papaya dissolves dead skin cells leaving your skin fresh and glowing. Cacao brightens and improves circulation, to bring out a plump pillowy look and feel.

Egg White Honey and Lemon Juice

Egg white is very useful when it comes to tightening the skin. This property applies to lemon juice too. Be extremely cautious not to get any near or in your mouth. Here, honey is used to boost moisture and suppleness. Apply this mixture to your face and wash it off after ten minutes.

Avocado and Cucumber

This mask is super cooling! It leaves you feeling fresh and clean. Remember, cucumber contains water as the main component. This water will leave your skin more hydrated, and since it has plenty of vitamin c, your skin will have no break out activities. Avocado will help your skin to regulate oil production and reduce inflammation.

The kitchen cupboard here proves to have the best ingredients. However, take note of the expiry date of your products. Do not put some products like lemon and apple cider vinegar directly on your skin without diluting.
