  • Citrus fruits and strawberries. These are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C is a known stress buster.
  • yogurt.This is rich in probiotics. Probiotics are bacteria which help balance the natural bacteria in your gut. This keeps you healthy and regular. It also helps regulate serotonin which is a mood enhancing and stress busting chemical that your body naturally produces.
