 It should be an essential part of every household.  You can eat it raw or add the spice in your soup. You can also place it in water to drink it as ginger tea, or have it with turmeric and milk.


spinach is an awesome source of vitamins A, E, and C. It’s also a source of fiber, folic acid, and beta carotene. The nutrients and antioxidants on spinach help the body to carry out its activities properly. This, in turn, helps with a great immune system, thus preparing you for the monsoons.

You should wash these vegetables thoroughly before cooking them to remove the dirt.
