Breakfast should be served wholesome with options like paratha, idlis, bread, eggs, and uttapam. It would be best if you tried taking breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up.

Your lunch should be of medium weight. Examples of food you can try are dal, sabzi, roti, rajma, chole, and rice. You should take a light dinner for at least 2 hours before bedtime. Dal chawal or cud rice are examples of foods you can incorporate.

Apart from the 3 main course meals, you should try taking 2- or 3-min meals. The mini-meals may consist of fruits, nuts, salad, and peanuts. Avoid processed foods like highly sweetened beverages, high-fat foods, refined grains, high-fat food, refined oils, and high sugar foods.

Don’t forget to consume plenty of water .
